Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

If the return request is submitted after this period, it will not be accepted.
Return Procedure

Approval: Once your request and evidence are received, our team will review them and confirm approval or rejection within 3 business days.

Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are covered by LOVEYOURS for approved damaged-item returns.

Refund or Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned product, you may choose between:

A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Timeframe: Only claims made within 6 days of delivery are eligible.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

No returns for size issues: Because each product includes a detailed size guide, LOVEYOURS does not accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not fit (too large or too small). Customers are responsible for consulting the size guide before purchase.

Non-returnable items: Products that are not defective or damaged, or that show signs of use, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Legal Information
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers typically have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, LOVEYOURS exercises the allowed exception under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits sellers to exclude returns for non-defective, made-to-order or personalized items, or where fit-related returns are clearly excluded and a size guide is provided before purchase.
